Client Care Specialist

Summary/objective

The objective of this role, and every role with Chisum Realty Group, is to provide an unmatched experience for our clients. In this role, the objective is achieved by:

Office Management

  • Open & close the office
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office between professional cleanings
  • Run errands (post office, pick-up/drop-off keys/documents, pick-up supplies)
  • Process mail and deliveries
  • Assist with keeping copier, printer, phones, and computers up and running; provide IT assistance to other team members

General Client Support

  • First Impressions: Walk ins to the office
  • First Impressions: Call ins to the office
  • Stock documents in conference rooms

Buyer Support

  • Set-up Showing appointments for Buyer Agents when requested
  • Prepare showing booklets for Buyer Agents
  • Prepare Closed Buyer binders

Seller Support

  • Set showing appointments for our listings
  • Audit Supra access notifications
  • Check in/out property keys

Other Duties

  • Create/update instructions for your assigned duties
  • Identify, evaluate and improve processes
  • Update Ops Team scorecard weekly
  • Assist with Team events
  • Assist the Transaction Coordinators as needed
  • Complete special projects as assigned by Leadership Team
  • Deepen rapport with team members and clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical demands

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, squatting, or typing
  • Must be able to set up a computer including crawling under desks
  • Must be able to enter and exit storage space via attic ladder

Travel required

Position requires a POV for the use of daily errands and travel to different office locations.

Location & Hours

The Client Care Specialist will work at our Angel Fire office 4 days a week and from our Taos office 1 day a week.

Required education and experience

  • High school graduate or GED
  • 4-years of Customer Service experience
  • Computer Hardware Skills (ability to hook-up a computer and troubleshoot basic issues)
  • Computer Software Skills (typing, documents, spreadsheets, databases)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred education and experience

  • Some college
  • 1-Year of Real Estate office experience
  • Google Suite Experience (email, calendar, sites, chat, drive, docs, sheets)

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
