Job Description 

Summary/objective

Physical demands

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, squatting, or typing
  • Must be able to set up a computer including crawling under desks
  • Must be able to enter and exit storage space via attic ladder

Travel required

Position requires a POV for the use of daily errands and travel to all offices in the Enchanted Circle (Angel Fire-Taos-Red River). Angel Fire is the primary office location. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel with the exception of traveling to the Angel Fire office location.

Required education and experience

  • 3-years of Customer Service experience
  • Computer Hardware Skills (ability to hook-up a computer and troubleshoot basic issues)
  • Computer Software Skills (typing, documents, spreadsheets, databases, project management applications)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred education and experience

  • Associates Degree
  • 2-Years Office Management Experience
  • 2-Years of Real Estate office experience 
  • 2-Years People Management
  • Google Suite Experience (email, calendar, sites, chat, drive, docs, sheets)
  • Project Management
