Job Profile:
Buyer Specialists on our team work to educate clients about buying mountain property, help navigate the buying process, negotiate on their behalf, problem solve the issues that arise and celebrate with them at closing. Buyer Specialist hold Buyer consultations and property showings, follow up with leads, and participate in team events and training. Buyer Specialists are committed to creating outstanding experiences for our clients, thrive working in a team environment, and are motivated to earn a substantial income.
Qualifications:
Full time availability is required (that said, schedule is flexible and one of the benefits of working with a team is the ability to take days off and vacations!) Some nights and weekends will be required. Active New Mexico Real Estate license is preferred but we will work with the right candidate on licensing. Presentable, reliable car and ability to work from our Angel Fire office and travel to showings across the Enchanted Circle is required. Smart phone (and the ability to use it) is a must. A professional, positive appearance and attitude is critical. Some sale, customer service or education background is preferred. Willingness to train, follow systems, provide clients with world class care and laugh a lot through the process is non-negotiable.
